JOB DESCRIPTION
- Greeting and farewell guests at the airport – hotel
- Appraise service quality within the hotel
- Build and develop customer relationship
- Resolve issues related to products/services provided: attend guest’s complaints, determine causes and develop solutions as well as ensure that the issue is resolved in a timely manner
- Develop plans to improve customer service quality
REQUIREMENTS
- English communication
- Interpersonal skills and customer mindset
- Problem solving skills
- Highly responsible & can work well under pressure
- At least 1-year experience working in the same position
- Working in roster: 6h-14h, 14h-22h, 22h-6h
