Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Greeting and farewell guests at the airport – hotel
  • Appraise service quality within the hotel
  • Build and develop customer relationship
  • Resolve issues related to products/services provided: attend guest’s complaints, determine causes and develop solutions as well as ensure that the issue is resolved in a timely manner
  • Develop plans to improve customer service quality

REQUIREMENTS

  • English communication
  • Interpersonal skills and customer mindset
  • Problem solving skills
  • Highly responsible & can work well under pressure
  • At least 1-year experience working in the same position
  • Working in roster: 6h-14h, 14h-22h, 22h-6h
