JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in the oversight of the daily operations of the spa.
 - Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and satisfaction is maximized.
 - Preparing the team member schedule, handling personnel issues, and ensuring that the working environment is both professional and comfortable for all team members.
 - Required to support team members sin the reception area when needed.
 - Scheduling appointments and making sure that each appointment runs on time.
 - Managing the operations of the spa facility.
 - Ensuring that all spa facilities have adequate supplies of linens, towels, toiletries, and other items necessary for operation.
 - Keeping meticulous records of spa treatments for each guest, including details about their preferences and any special needs or concerns
 - Ensuring that all staff members are properly trained to perform their jobs effectively and safely.
 - Providing customer service to guests by answering questions about spa treatments and products.
 - Monitoring employee performance to ensure that all spa services are being provided in a professional manner.
 
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years experiences as Spa Therapist in hotel Spa field
 - Minimum 1 year experience as Head Therapist/Senior Therapist/Spa Supervisor
 - Bachelor’s degree in any related field
 - Spa therapy knowledge (body, face, hair) and presentation skill
 - Computer skills (MS Office), Spa operating systems (Booker), other operational systems such as Smile.
 - Good customer services skills and service-mind
 - Well organized and calming.
 - Advanced English Language
 - Leadership skill
 - Well-groomed and articulated
