Job Description
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
- Welcoming guests with care and consideration.
- Build relationships with customers by being attentive, friendly and welcoming
- Handling guest requests or complaints; Give feedback as soon as possible.
- Promote hotel image.
- Perform all related activities during guest‘s stay according to internal procedures.
- Inform guests of special procedures and terms regarding their stay and available hotel services.
- Handling phone calls
- Transfer necessary information to other departments (Room, Engineering, Culinary,…) and to other employees of the Front Office Department
- Ensure all customer data is continuously updated and available.
- Process bookings according to hotel policies and procedures.Comply with invoicing and cash management procedures.
- Responsible for cash management during the shift.
- Prepare and send reminder invoices for unpaid guests.
- Ensure the workplace is clean and tidy at all times.
- Understand and apply hotel security regulations (in case of fire, etc.)
- Ensure the safety of people and property
