Mô tả công việc:
- Receive reservations from OTA channels, hotline, email, social network
- Consult customers about the company‘s products
- Arrange extra services, prepare special requests accommodating guests
- Manage the list of guests coming and going, making daily revenue reports
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Fluent in English, have experience in the service industry
- Work in shifts, with rotating shifts, Morning Shift (6:00 – 14:00) – Afternoon Shift (14:00 – 22:-00) – Evening Shift (22:00 – 6:00)
- Able to work under high pressure and have a sense of responsibility
