Mô tả công việc:
- Manage reservation team, reservation workflow, teammate schedule
- Make sure all communications with guests are up to excellence
- Plan new staff training, periodical training
- Review teammate performance and improvement
- Make guest reports, revenue reports
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Fluent in English, have at least 2 years of experience in hospitality industry (either in front desk or reservation)
- Flexible about working time & location
- Able to work under high pressure and have a sense of responsibility
- Able to lead team to get targets.
